Submission Guidelines - RENA'25
Participation Options
- Submit a concise abstract (200-400 words) outlining your research
- Choose between Only oral presentation (15 mins) or poster presentation
- Present your work during dedicated conference sessions
- Abstracts will be published in the conference Book Abstract only

Presentation + Publication (Additional 500 MAD /50USD Applied)
- Submit a concise abstract (200-400 words) outlining your research
- Choose between oral presentation or poster presentation with publication
- Submit complete research paper (6-10 pages, following our template)
- Includes oral/poster presentation plus publication in Scopus-indexed proceedings
- Outstanding papers may be selected for journal publication

Submission Process
- 1. Create or log in to your SciencesConf account (first-time users must register)
- 2. Select your participation option (Presentation Only or Presentation + Publication)
- 3. Select the most relevant thematic area from our conference topics
- 4. Upload your document in Microsoft Word (.docx) format (PDF not accepted)
